What you do is make a box 6 13/16 x 1 3/4 inches and then take your circle tool and make a circle on both sides near the bottom. When you do this then click on the dimension and dimension it 1.1 inch and then click the tangent line and click the circle to the bottom and then the other line of the box and do this to the other side. The click the trim tool and trim the lines not on the circle like the point that does not hit the circle, it will then make a curve and then do the same process on the top except make the top 1.18 inches on both sides and trim off lines that don/t hit the circle. When you have this done click the center point button and place these on the bottom again, dimension it to be .55 off the bottom line and .00 it do this on both sides. Click on the hole and the two center points should be lightened up and then make the hole .57 inches. The put two center points down at the top and then dimension it 1 inch away from the from the side and .58 inches from the top and then click the hole tool and

If you go to the CNC router it is the same process but make sure it is in the 3D setup and the axis is on the bottom left corner on the top dot.
Brake bracket Cut out
When you get down to the CNC mill plug in you flash drive and click on your part, then click copy from USB and then find you part and then copy g-code. Get your foam and stick it down with double sided sticky tape and keep the wrapper of the sticky tape. then place your material in the mill and move the bit to the bottom left corner until it is halfway on the foam and half on. Then take the wrapper and slowly move the drill bit down until it takes force to slide the wrapper, then zero x, y, and z-axis. Shut the doors and click reset then start and hold your hand over the space bar for a minute then you can take it off.
